What’s Happening in November 2019

We’re Thankful for You!

November is the month we all pause to reflect on all our blessings and to give thanks for all we have. At Waterstone, we value each and every one of our residents. If you‘ve recently joined our community, thank you for choosing Waterstone! If you‘ve been with us a while, thank you for your continued residency! It takes great people like you to make our community a great place to call home!

Office Hours Update

With the change of season comes a change in our schedule. To better serve you, as of November 1st, our new Office Hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturday 10am to 5pm and CLOSED on Sunday.

Just a Reminder…

We appreciate those of you who make an effort to pay your rent on time each month. Rent is due on the first of each month. We do allow a short grace period, but payments made after the 3rd will incur late fees. We will be open on Friday, November 1st, 10am to 7pm, Saturday, November 2nd, 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, November 3rd, 1pm to 5pm, in order to collect rent. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Management Office.

We’re Having a Fall Festival!

Come join us on Sunday, November 10th, from 2pm to 3:30pm at the pool parking lot for a Fall Festival. Listen to music, watch a magician or participate in carnival games. Enjoy popcorn and cotton candy while painting a pumpkin. We‘d love to see you there!

Annual Fire Inspection

It‘s that time of year for our annual fire inspection with Unifour Fire & Safety. Once we get the inspection dates scheduled, you’ll receive notice on your door.

It’s Time to Fall Back in the Fall!

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 am on Sunday, November 3rd. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday night and enjoy the extra hour of sleep!

Just Say, ‘Tow’

We provide ample parking for all of our residents and their guests here at Waterstone. Despite this fact, we have had problems recently with people parking in the following areas: • In fire lanes. • In handicap spaces. • Not in between lanes. • In another resident‘s driveway • In front of a parked car. Note: To avoid being towed, please refrain from parking in these areas. Thank you for your cooperation!
